Final Fantasy X-2

My third and final blog post is about Final Fantasy X-2. I love the Final Fantasy series. It has to be the best series of all time.

Final Fantasy X-2 is from the perspective of a girl, which makes most people who play it not like it. The Final Fantasy series is mainly targeted for guys, and this was Square Enix's attempt at marketing to girls. I think it's a great game; but probably because I'm a girl.

Even though most people say, "We don't even discuss X-2," I like it. It's a fun game. It's hard to stop playing sometimes.

Gears of War

The next game I'm going to talk about is Gears of War. This game is awesome. I'm pretty bad at it, but I like to watch my friends play it.

I like Gears of War because it has an insane replayability factor, meaning that even though it's the same game, it never gets old no matter how many times you've beaten it. My friends and family have a blast playing this game. They get really into it and it makes it hilarious for everyone else to watch.

Gears of War is a little graphic. I don't think it's that bad though. Sometimes it can get a little gross, but it's animated so it doesn't seem as bad.

Final Fantasy XI

This week, I'm going to talk about games. I love video games; I really got into them about 5 years ago. At most, I'm pretty bad, but it's fun to see how bad I fail at playing them.

Final Fantasy XI is a massive multiplayer online game, or MMO. It has to be my favorite game. Things are never the same. I think the only bad thing about FFXI is the fact that you have to pay to play.

Because it's an MMO, you meet a ton of people from all around the world. During the few years I played (I recently stopped playing because I can't afford it) I met a lot of really cool people, some of whom I still talk to today. I think that's the best part; you can meet a ton of people while playing an awesome game.

How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days

The third and final movie I'm going to talk about is How to Lose a Guy in 10 days. It's definitely a chick flick. I know some people don't like those kind of movies, guys especially.

How to Lose a Guy in 10 Days also stars Matthew McConaughey and Kate Hudson. After seeing this and Fool's Gold, which I talked about in my last post, I find that they make an amazing on screen couple. They look good together, which I think is one of the reason they have starred in at least 2 movies together.

I like this movie because it's really funny. It's about all the things girls do that guys hate. The way these things are portrayed are hilarious; most girls, at least the ones I know, don't do half of these things, but it's still hilarious.

Fool's Gold

Another movie I like is Fool's Gold, which was just recently released in theaters. I first saw it last weekend. I really liked it.

Fool's Gold is a bit of a chick flick, but I'm a girl, so it's my kind of movie. I think its hilarious. Others may not agree, but I thought it was really good.

I would definitely see this movie again. I think I will Netflix it when it is released to DVD. Matthew McConaughey and Kate Hudson star in Fool's Gold. They are both very good at acting, which makes the movie great.

Transformers

This week, I'm going to talk about my favorite movies. My favorite movie right now has to be Transformers. I saw it about a month ago and loved it.

I think it's my favorite movie because I watched it like 3 times the weekend I first saw it, and still loved it. I like movies that you can watch a couple times and not feel like it's boring after the first time. Transformers is like that.

I have fun when I watch it. For me, some movies just make you think "Why am I watching this?" Everytime I watch Transformers, I know I'm watching it because it's a good movie and I like it, not because I'm bored.

Daughtry

The 3rd and final band I'm going to talk about is Daughtry. Chris Daughtry, the main singer, was on American Idol a few years ago. He didn't win, but he put together a band and they make some awesome music.

They only have one CD out right now, Daughtry. It's amazing. I love every song on it.

A lot of the songs on the CD hit home for me. I think that's why I love listening to the CD. I dont think I could chose a favorite song; I like every song.

Avenged Sevenfold

The 2nd band I'm going to talk about is Avenged Sevenfold. I love this band! Their music is a bit harder than what I normally listen to, but it's awesome.

They have a bunch of CDs out, but I really only listen to two, Avenged Sevenfold, their newest, and City of Evil, their 2nd newest CD. Their newest CD is great. I listen to every song on the CD and it's always enjoyable. I don't really have a favorite song on this CD; I like every song.

City of Evil is different. I only like 3 songs off this CD. My favorite has to be "Seize the Day." I also like "Bat Country" and "Sidewinder."

Three Days Grace

I live for music. I couldn't live without it. This first week I am going to write about a few bands that I like. Next week, I'm going to talk about movies, and the week after that I'm going to talk about games.

Today, I'm going to talk about Three Days Grace. They only have 2 CDs out, but they're both amazing. My favorite is their newest one, One-X.

One-X is amazing. They have harder songs, like "Let's Start a Riot," and softer songs, like "Never Too Late." "Never too Late has to be my favorite song on the CD. I can listen to it a million times and it never gets old.
